1 cup radicchio cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 cup packaged broccoli-carrot slaw
3 red, orange and yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/4 inch strips
4 scallions green parts only, diagonally sliced
1 TBP cilantro finely chopped
14 cup golden raisins or wolfberries
2 TBS sliced pickled ginger (optional)
2 TBS peanuts chopped or crushed
2 TBS sesame seeds
3 TBS toasted sesame oil
1 TBS coconut aminos
2 TBS honey
2 TBS rice vinegar
1 tsp chile paste like sambal oelek
black pepper freshly ground if possible
