1 cup orange juice fresh if possible
1 cup syrup maple, agave, yacon, NingXia Berry
2 droppers Stevia or to taste
7-8 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cup walnuts unsalted
12 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup dried wolfberries
2 drops YLEO Vitality Cinnamon Bark
1 drop YLEO Vitality Nutmeg
2 drops YLEO Vitality Orange
