Overnight Cookie Dough Oats

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
rolled oats

1⁄2 cup
milk
(almond milk is our preference)

1⁄4 cup
Greek yogurt

2 teaspoons
Truvia
or stevia to taste, (I use homemade)

1 tablespoons
chia seeds
-
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
-
1⁄4 teaspoon
butter extract (optional
but really helps with the cookie flavor)

Pinch
salt
-
1 tablespoon
mini chocolate chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pint jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake well to combine.
Refrigerate overnight.
Eat cold or heat in a pan on the stove.
