3 Tbsp. gluten-free flour such as KAF or Bob's Red Mill
1 Tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder
2 Eggs or 2/3 cup Mori-Nu silken tofu or soaked cashews
2 cups canned/cooked pumpkin or mashed sweet potatoes
12 cup plain unsweetened almond milk or similar
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 tsp Cinnamon
14 tsp nutmeg
dash ground cloves
whipped cream dairy-free
