1 chicken thigh
1 pint mushrooms LOCAL ONLY, sliced
13 onion sliced thin
12 tsp ginger
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp tamari (GF soy sauce) or coconut aminos
12 tbsp peanut or sesame oil
salt and pepper at your prefences
1 cup frozen peas Microwave.
