1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar packed
14 tsp hot pepper flakes
2 tsp garlic minced
1 medium onion thinly sliced
112 red bell peppers sliced
To serve:
3 tbsp (45 mL) vegetable oil
Garnishes:
Cilantro chopped fresh (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
