Ingredients:
10 carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 onion
1 teaspoon sea salt
Turkey carcass (leave some meat on the bones)
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a large stock pot (or slow cooker), and cover with water. If your turkey carcass is too large to fit, cut it into pieces or do separate batches.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1-4 hours (or slow cook for 4-24
hours).
Add sea salt to taste.
