Southern Style Braised Greens

Source

Ingredients

Change

1 lb. trimmed mixed greens approximately two bunches
12 cup chicken stock
14 teaspoon red wine vinegar
18 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Comments & Personal Notes

I love being able to add these directly to Plan to Eat, and this is very timely for my CSA share. But it loses convenience if I want accurate serving counts. This says serves 1...really? There was a recipe with chicken thighs recently (which I plan on making next week for company. :)) It said serves 3 in the body, but in the servings box, which I love because it will change the ingredient amounts, it says 1! If I want to serve 6, I can only put a 2 in the box...and be glad I know that will double the ingredients to serve 6. This is probably confusing but I can't think how to explain it differently.

Pogonia - Good catch! I apologize for the confusion. I believe that when I enter a recipe the serving size default is 1 and I forgot to change it. I have corrected the servings to 4.

If you can remember what the recipe with the chicken thighs was called, then I can see if it was also one of mine and I can fix that one as well.

Again, I apologize for the error.

That's great you changed it,even though I would probably have to download it again to reflect that change. :)
The chicken recipe was from Balanced Bites. At least, I can better understand how this happens. Thanks for responding. ~Pogonia
