13 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbs grade-B maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon divided
1 large ripe banana sliced
12 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
