12 cup Frozen Peas - Thawed (optional) Fresh Peas if you have them.
14 cup Shredded Parmesan Optional
2 tsp. Minced Fresh Thyme Or, Dried 1 - tsp. or to taste
12 tsp. Kosher or Sea Salt
14 tsp. Black Pepper
