1/2 chicken breast for 4 people? Is something missing?

made it 4/8/17 family favorite. adjusted recipe for 6 servings, used 4 chicken breasts. Kids liked it and adults too. Easy recipe. I used 2 fresh jalapenos seeded instead of cans and made my own beans, not canned.

Delicious! Be sure to salt after cooking (like all crockpot disks) and I might cut jalapeno in half.

Tastes delicious! Another chicken breast or can of beans would make it heartier.

I cook this in my Instant Pot. Just 10 minutes on the Meat/Stew setting.

I made this yesterday using chicken from our CSA (The G Farm) Used a homemade broth from our CSA chicken, no chilis or jalapenos. It was delicious. Topped with cheese and cilantro. I added frozen peas this morning to the left overs.

Just okay. Cut out the jalapenos. Should have kept them in because without them the green chiles left a sweetness to the dish that needed some spice for balance. Will try again with no adjustments to recipe.
