Allowed Mushroms Multiply your grams by 2
2 broccoli florets, zucchini, etc. 2 Vegetable Servings
1 teaspoon Herbs of your choice Thyme, Basil, Oregano or Use Italian Blend
1 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or to taste
2-3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar optional (brightens up the flavor)
