We added roasted red capsicum and eggplant and substituted semi dried tomatoes for cherry tomatoes. Very nice !

I didn't use all of the feta and pesto, and that may have been a small mistake, but it was really yummy. My oven doesn't go up to 550, so I had to cook it a few extra minutes. We gobbled it down!

Picture shows fresh basil I think. Probably would taste better to use fresh
