Meal planning is often associated with healthy changes in life: getting finances under control, losing weight, or eating together as a family more often. At Plan to Eat we’re grateful for the opportunity to be a part of these life changes, but we also recognize that these are only a portion of what makes a healthy and full life.
That’s why we’re excited, and flattered, to be part of the Have It All Summit and we’d like for you to join us!
If you feel like you’re busy doing all the things you know you should do, but neglecting the things you want to do—like taking care of yourself, dating your husband or significant other, and maybe even developing a (gasp!) hobby — Have It All will empower you to strike a fun, fulfilling balance between your obligations and your own desires and well-being.
When you go to the link above and join us for this series of concise, real-life interviews, you’ll learn:
- Why taking care of you, first, is essential in experiencing the deep fulfillment you crave, and steps you can take right away to begin eating for better health, energy, and vitality.
- Proven time management and organization tips so you can better balance career, obligations, and make time for the things you really enjoy.
- Activities you can incorporate into your daily life, starting right away, to feel better physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
- How and when to make time for YOU so you can actually start doing the things you want to do—while still getting done all the things you need to do.
- And so much more.
In short, you’ll discover how to develop a life where you enjoy a successful career, healthy lifestyle, great relationships, and personal fulfillment—all on your own terms!
About our host, Denise Stegall
Denise has walked this path and emerged on the other side—finally feeling like she has it all. For as long as she can remember, she’s tried to do everything and be everything for everyone else. Her family, friends, boyfriends, and bosses benefitted from her “I can do it all” attitude … and she was exhausted and unfulfilled. She realized an important truth:
The ability to Do It All is not the same as Having It All.
After some deep soul-searching, she finally realized what her own priorities were—and after tons of research, she began to implement those priorities and passions into her life. Now she feels like she has it all—and she wants to share what she’s learned with you.
These interviews are all recorded (which means no annoying buffering) and you’ll be able to listen in from anywhere that’s convenient.
Have It All: Expert Strategies to Optimize Your Health, Find Balance and Love the Life You Live! begins February 26.
If you feel like you are making sacrifices, doing it all, but feeling like you’re not doing any of it well, It’s time to do things differently. Find out how!
