Easy Meals for the New Year — Freezer Friendly Apple Crisp

Blog-Header

Happy Money Saver has really outdone herself with this incredible Freezer Friendly Apple Crisp! It’s our Easy Meals for the New Year recipe of the day and we cannot wait for you to try it!

This recipe is a dessert, which is a little different than the rest of the challenge recipes. We are thrilled to include it  because this freezer dessert allows you to make single servings dishes to pull from the freezer when you’ve got a sweet tooth or make large batches for your family or dinner guests! Freezer meals take a little work up front, but they’re truly the best to have around when you’re in a time crunch!

We served this treat with caramel swirl ice cream, but a little homemade vanilla would be absolutely perfect too! (This can also be served plain, but who doesn’t like a little ice cream with their fruit crisp?!)
