Ingredients

  • 2 cups almonds soaked for 12 hrs
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds soaked for 8 hrs
  • 1 cups sunflower seeds soaked for 4 hrs
  • 1 cup dates soaked for 12 hrs
  • 1 cup oat groats sprout for 2-3 days
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 apples chopped
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

Directions

Process fruit & spices/salt and then add nuts & seeds through processor for 10 seconds. Add alltogether and dehydrate for 24 hrs.
