2 cup water
12 cup almond or coconut milk
3 tbsp goji berries or raisins
1 tbsp cacoa nibs optional
3 tbsp slivered almonds
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp chia or ground flax seed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder mixed in water

Hey Ange is this Using the 2 cups of water (as per ingredients list) to mix with the protein powder?

No - it's just enough water to mix the protein powder into more of a liquid before adding...so like 2 tbsp of water :)
