Ingredients

Could use applesauce or more mashed fruit.

rolled oats

1⁄4 cup
coconut milk

1⁄2 cup
raisins

almonds
soaked and chopped

1⁄3 cup
sunflower seeds
soaked

1 tsp
vanilla

1 Tbsp
cinnamon

1 Tbsp
honey or sucanat
Directions
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, until the edges are a bit browned but the cookie is still soft.
