Ingredients

  • 1/4-1/2 cup raw coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (or raw agave)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup hemp butter
  • 1 1/4 cups quinoa flakes
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp spirulina

Directions

Directions

Mash the banana with coconut oil, maple syrup and hemp butter
Add all other ingredients and stir together
Place firmly into a pan or a square or retangular tupperware
Freeze overnight or for a few hours
Cut into squares and enjoy! (Store in freezer)
