Superfood Snack Balls shared by


Serves originally 1 servings


  • 1/2 Cup Goji berries
  • 1/2 Cup Cacao or Carob nibs (I used Carob)
  • 2 Tbs. Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup flax seeds
  • 1 Cup raw oats
  • 1 Cup dates




1) Mix all ingredients by hand or in a food processor until the mixture sticks together and becomes dough like

2) If the mixture is too wet add more oats, if too dry add more honey or a small amount of water

3) Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet and put in the refrigerator

4) When they have hardened a little you can put them in a ziplock bag and store them in the refrigerator!
