2 eggs scrambled in exp pressed coconut oil and salted
1 cup bean sprouts
3 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar or distilled vinegar
Chopped Romaine lettuce for garnish
Chopped jungle peanuts for garnish
