Mix flour, salt, applesauce, butter and yogurt together.
Knead ingredients together on a floured countertop until the dough is ready to be rolled out.
Use a floured rolling pen to roll the dough to a 1/8 inch thickness.
Use a knife to cut the dough into 32 rectangles.
Place one piece of cheese (if desired) and one hotdog half on each rectangle
Roll it up and place it on a well buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned.
