  • 1 1/3 cups white whole wheat flour I used 1c WW & 1/3c gluten free
  • 2 scoops Protein powder
  • 1 cup Sugar (or truvia)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola or macadamia nut oil
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 2 eggs
