Ingredients
Directions
Add all ingredients in bowl and mix
If you want really smooth pancakes use blender or hand blender to blend ingredients
Heat pan over medium heat
Use a tablespoon to spoon out even amounts of batter on pan
Once you start seeing little bubbles on the edge of pancake flip
Cook for about 1 minute on other side
Serve with fruit, low calorie syrup, low calorie whip cream, peanut butter or any other favorite topping you may have.
