Carrot Cake Oatmeal (with Quick Oats)

Mix in bowl: carrots, quick oats, milk, cinnamon, ginger, maple extract and brown sugar substitute. (You can add more milk if you like your oatmeal runnier)
Cook in microwave 2-4 minutes on high
While oatmeal is cooking mix cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and brown sugar substitute till smooth
Serve oatmeal with cream cheese "frosting" on top
