Directions
Mix the meat, taco seasoning, bread crumbs, and egg.
Spray crock pot well with cooking spray
Shape meat into a log and place in crock pot
Pour drained tomatoes with chilies over meat
Cook on high for 3.5 hours, or on low for 6-7. The meat is done when it is cooked thoroughly, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf reads 155°F.
Cut loaf into 6 slices and serve with cheese sprinkled on slices
Oven Directions: Bake for 1 hour at 350°F, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf reads 155°F.
