12 cup walnuts toasted & chopped
1 Granny Smith Apple peeled and chopped into large chunks
SWEET ORANGE DRESSING:
23 cup olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Orange Zest
1 orange juiced
salt and pepper to taste
