3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup (8 oz) chopped dried mango
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
6 one-quart freezer bags labelled

I love dried mango. I could just imagine how this will taste with dried apple and mulberries as well.
