Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli & stems chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 2.5 cups shredded carrots
  • 1/2 red or green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • DRESSING:
  • 4-6 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp hemp or olive oil
  • sea salt, pepper and/or dulse flakes to taste
  • 1/2-1 tsp liquid Stevia {or small drizzle of maple syrup}

Directions

Directions

1. In a food processor (or chop by hand) process the broccoli until fine. Add into large bowl.

2. Now process the cauliflower (no stems) until fine and add into bowl. Do the same with the carrots and onion

3. Stir in the sunflower seeds and parsley.

Add dressing and seasonings to taste.
