14 cup canola oil and 1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup pure maple syrup
12 -cup molasses
1 cup vanilla flavored soy milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Frosting:
14 cup vegan butter (I like Earth Balance), softened
14 cup vegan cream cheese, softened
approximately 2-3 cups powdered sugar
approximately 2-3 tablespoons vanilla soy milk
12 teaspoon maple flavoring
