  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground dried ginger (or gingerbread spice)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 chia/flax egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • sprinkle walnuts on top of pancakes while grilling

As result of using Plan to Eat, I've started planning meals a month at a time, which allows me to do one major grocery shopping trip a month and then a brief 5-10 minutes weekly to pick up produce and dairy. There is now zero stress when it comes to what I am feeding my family, grocery shopping and meal prep. I know exactly what we're going to eat and when I need to prepare what item. If I am not in the mood for a meal the next day, I just switch it by dragging and dropping with another day later in the month.

We save money because we plan out our meals and have an easy way to keep tabs on what we already have in stock vs. what we need to buy, we're *still* losing weight because we plan healthy and nutritious meals, which saves time by the planning of course but THEN we have built in lunches made already for the next day with the leftovers!
