Ingredients

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 4 cups organic veggie broth
  • 1 jar stewed tomoatoes (2 cups)
  • 2 zucchinis chopped
  • 1 block tempeh crumbled optional
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 3 carrot sliced
  • 2 sweet potato peeled and diced
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 1.5 cups chickpeas cooked or 1 BPA free can
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregeno
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 3 hrs or low for 6-8 (until sweet potatoes are soft)

You can also put all dry ingredients in freezer bag and add liquids when putting in crockpot
