(Plan to Eat) works with ANY dietary plan (we're Paleo), food allergies (we're dairy lite and tree nut free, along with no food dyes or preservatives) and I don't have someone else telling me "You should cook THIS this week"...blech. It took some work getting started it was well worth the effort. I'm saving time, money, and realized now I'm saving food. Every week there is less and less waste as I use everything I'm buying and nothing is going bad before it gets used! I'm on a small budget so this is important to me. Now, instead of shopping week to week, I'm starting to be able to stock up as well as plan & purchase past the week I'm buying for!!! This is by far the best thing I've ever done for my family.
