Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 Tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 Tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions
Blot & Press tofu with towels. Rub all over tofu and bake at 425 for 40 minutes. Flip the tofu halfway through.
