Buckwheat Seedy Oat Granola

2.5 cups rolled oats
13 cup toasted kasha (buckwheat)
14 cup pumpkin seeds
14 cup sunflower seeds
14 cup coconut flakes
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
12 cup honey
2 tbsp maple syrup
14 cup cranberries or raisins

Add some chopped walnuts, almonds, chia seeds and hemp seeds for an extra boost! I also bake at a lower temp at 250 for 1hr15min mixing it every so often. Love this recipe came out perfect!
