Serves originally 1 servings
- 1 cup sunflower seeds soaked overnight
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive Oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
Soak raw, unsalted seeds overnight in water to plump them up and release enzyme inhibitors. Place all ingred into a food processor. Puree until finely blended. Spread and enjoy!
