3 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp chopped pickles
2 Tbsp shredded carrots
1 Tbsp purple onion or chopped green
4 Tbsp chopped green apple
12 tsp dried dill or 1 tsp fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
8 large lettuce leaves (SwissChard, Bibb, red leaf or other) or sub 12 medium leaves
Bibb lettuce or other lettuce leaves)

1 Tbsp chopped jalapeño/serrano pepper
