Ingredients

Change

1 13 c All Purpose Gluten-free Flour Blend with xanthan gum
2 tsp sugar or sub, (I used 1 tsp coconut sugar and 1 tsp monk fruit)
12-1 tsp baking powder (sometimes I've omitted completely and it still is fine)
12 tsp salt (I used pink Himalayan)
2 eggs
3 TB olive or other oil (coconut would be great, but make sure it's melted)
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
