  • 1 pkg Whole Grain Tortillas
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 cup black beans drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Directions

Pleace tortillas flat on work surface. Divide dip between them spreading evenly. Sprinkle with corn then cheese. Place other 2 tortialls on top pressing down.

Heat frying pan over med high. One at a time, cook quesadillas for 2 min per side until cheese melts. 310 cal, 9g fat, 7g fibre, 13 g protein.
