The Hummus that Changes Everything

Ingredients

Change

2 cups cooked chickpeas liquid reserved and set aside
1 tsp kosher salt or to taste
2 garlic cloves
13 cup tahini
7-8 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp reserved chickpea liquid (or water)
4-8 drops of tabasco sauce (amazing) to taste
olive oil for drizzling
paprika for garnish

What really makes this dish are fresh Chickpeas NOT canned. They are easy to make, just buy a bag of Chickpeas where that they sell beans in most groceries, then soak overnight, in NON chlorinated water (filtered)...then boil for an hour, strain...done! Add some roasted peppers if you like.
