Our monthly meal planner is at the heart of Plan to Eat. Easily drag recipes from your recipe book to create your meal plan, and then add additional ingredients, events and notes. You can also change the number of servings, easily view and print recipes and export your meal plan to other calendar programs to sync your meal plan with your schedule.

View Your Recipe Book
All of your recipes are available on the left side of the Monthly Meal Planner, where you can filter them by Course, Cuisine, Tags or Popularity and/or search by keywords and ingredients.
Create Your Meal Plan
Add items to your calendar by dragging recipes from your Recipe Book to the Monthly Meal Planner or by clicking on any of the calendar days to add individual ingredients and events/notes. Items can be dragged to different days on the calendar, reordered, duplicated and removed as needed.

Preview & Print Recipes
Click on individual recipes to display a popup with the recipe's name, time, servings, description, and a print button so you can print the recipe without interrupting your meal planning. Click More to view the complete recipe or Edit to make changes.
Use the Planner Settings to select between the traditional monthly view and the upcoming weeks view, which includes the previous week, current week and next three weeks.
Save / Load Meal Plans
Save your current meal plan — including recipes, ingredients and events — to use later. Load it to future dates to save time and rotate through your favorite menus.
Change Serving Size
Adjust the serving size for each planned recipe to update the amounts of each ingredient on your Shopping List.
View Calories, Nutritional Score & Cost
Choose whether to display calorie content, nutritional score and cost on your Monthly Meal plan.
