I'm so sorry for not responding sooner, we have been having email issues for the past few weeks. I hope this hasn't tarnished our customer service that you mentioned in your review!
Your review is wonderful and thanks so much for writing about Plan to Eat, zip list is certainly a create product as well. I recently updated the shopping list to combine and scale units on the shopping list, I'm not sure if zip list does this or not but it seems like most shopping list sites do not.

Would you mind including my headshot image as well? Attached is one image 100x100, black and white like the others. I couldn't think of a good quote to pull out that wasn't repeating the other testimonials, so I thought of:
"Technology at its best - my grocery list is ready in under ten minutes thanks to Plan to Eat."

Ziplist does not combine and scale units. Might be tricky to indicate how much of an ingredient belongs to one recipe, and how much belongs to another. I often have to drop a particular meal while I'm shopping, for example if a main ingredient is not available. In which case it's good to be able to see all ingredients that belong to that meal.
