Loving my free trial!
I struggle with depression and frequently find meal planning and shopping overwhelming, though I truly love to cook for my family. Plan to Eat has helped a lot by eliminating the steps of searching everywhere for recipes and then trying to write up a list. My family has been eating much better in just the week since I've signed up for my free trial. Thank you!! (By the way, my husband is super-impressed with how well-organized Plan to Eat is!)

I'm glad you found plan to eat...that was my last great hurdle of organization. I could never quite get a handle on planning the meals, buying the right ingredients, etc etc. As a bonus, it will save you money in the long run. Welcome aboard!

My wife suffers from depression and we have two small children with ADHD and was always overwhelmed with meal planning. She would say, just buy the ingredients and tell me what to make and I will make it. As someone that works (and commutes) up to 60 hours a week, Plan to Eat was my answer. I work on a military post, so having the printed out shopping list allows me to shop at the Commissary, which allows me to save a bundle.
We also subscribe to Real Simple magazine, so when I find good, healthy recipes it only takes me a minute to input into Plan to Eat. I have several I just added and am very excited to try.
Thanks for such a great site .
