ok I see the week I want to name it Spring Break but how to i
fill out the meals?

You need to drag your recipes (located to the left of your planner) to the
day (or meal time) you want to plan on. You can also click on any day on
your planner to plan ingredients or events.

That helps, But it would help even more if that was given to me
at the beginning instead of having to look around for it.
