Drag & Drop not working on free trial
Hi there. I've just signed up for the free trial but I'm unable to drag & drop the sample recipes into the menu planner. Is this a glitch?

Hi,
- Can you please explain in more detail what happens when you try and
drag a recipe to your planner?
- Are you using the monthly meal planner or the weekly planner at the
bottom of the page?
- Are you using a tablet or desktop/laptop?

I am using a laptop.
I am clicking on "Planner" tab at the top of the page, the one beside "Recipes". This opens the monthly planner. I have also clicked on weekly on this page. After closing & opening, logging out & logging back in, the problem persists. I read that there was a "bug" to do with being unabl to click & drag when a planner was first opened, so I've open & closed repeatedly, to no avail.
In the recipe list on the left I hover the cursor over a recipe, which highlights the recipe to blue & the cursor becomes the 4-arrow thingie. I also press left button on the mouse to drag the recipe onto a day, yet I am unable to "capture" the recipe - it won't drag anywhere. I have somehow managed to click & drag one recipe from the sample recipes on the left & yet at no other time have I done anything differently.
Hope this helps. I'd like to use this software but would like to have a good go at the Trial first - good luck sorting it out :).

Laurie,
I'm a little stumped because I have tested dragging using your account in
Internet Explore 9.0.8 and everything seems to be working.
Can you do me a favor and try the dragging in a different browser like
Google Chrome (my personal favorite) or Firefox? I'm wondering if there is
maybe a plugin that could be causing problems for you.
If you are feeling even more adventures it would be very helpful if you
could create a quick screen capture video of what you are seeing. You can

It is a confusing & typically computer-frustrating puzzle! I will try what you've suggested & let you know how it goes. Your software is brilliant & as soon as this sorted out I'll be paying a year's subscription :).

That is great news! I am also working on creating a better system of
tracking (JavaScript) errors like you were experiencing in Internet
Explorer so this hopefully will not happen again!
