I am having issues with the mobile version on my Itouch. The Itouch is up to date, and when I click on the" use mobile version" it says my password and username are incorrect. So I am uncertain where to go from here, except to email you. Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

The mobile version uses the same username and password as the non-mobile
version. It also uses the same process to verify your information. Keep in
mind that the password is case-sensitive so you may need to add some capital
letters. You could also change your password in your settings (using a
non-mobile device) to something simple and then try again. If that doesn't
    work, let me know.

    Thanks,
    Clint

It doesn't work still. I click on the "use mobile version" and put in my info the same way I would if i were in front of th e computer and it just refreshes to the same page-like I didn't have the right log in information (but it doesn't say any error has occurred).

I'm not really sure why it is not working for you, but I updated the site so
it will remember you when you go from the normal site to the mobile site. So
try this; on the normal site, logout and re-login and when you click the
mobile site it should remember you. let me know if this works for you.
