My husband picked up one of those crock pot setups with three 2 1/2 quart crocks in it. I'm looking fgr any side dish ideas for my Christmas dinner.Any suggestions?

If I put in links from my recipes, will you be able to see them?
    Mashed potatoes:

you'll have to size the portions down, because these are both for larger crockpots, but this will get you going! Also easy: beans, corn "casserole" (take some cans of corn, butter, heavy cream & flour and mix together and cook)...

Just did this for thanksgiving in the same crockpot contraption. Also had a 4th crockpot to do an additional turkey breast with the stuffing.

    Here's what I used:
    Stuffing/Yellow Squash - Ok, healthy :) - http://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/328930
Cheesy hashbrowns Super Yum! - http://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/49718
    Green Beans - Yum! - http://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/328937

All these did fit in the small crocks -- I had to really cram in the hashbrowns, but they cooked down a little.

Wanted to try, but didn't: - root vegetables: http://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/328928

It was very easy. I cut everything up the day before and put in big ziplock bags. Then, just dumped in the crocks at the right time the day of...you're not supposed to put the crock from fridge to heat.

    Good luck!
